5 Simple Steps

to Payments & Collections

With ReviveCollect, you can simplify the recovery of overdue bills and enrich your customer experience. Using easy-to-use digital engagement to provide a range of self-serve options, your customers will gain more control of their bills. Once we have safely and securely connected with your customer data, through either an SFTP or API, there are just five steps to the payment proccess.

Step 1

Using data securely provided by you our software will send communications via email, SMS or interactive voice messaging (IVM) with a prompt for your clients to make a payment.

Step 2

Each client communication contains a unique URL which directs to a secure customer portal which is accessed upon completion of a simple identity verification question such as date of birth, postcode or account number.

Step 3

Once your customer has completed the identity verification step they are then presented with various options which will allow them to self serve. These options can vary depend on both your business needs and the price plan you are on but can include choices such as Pay in Full, Pay in Part, Promise to pay and more.

Step 4

Upon selection of a self-serve option, we will then help process the action by connecting securely with your payment service provider which can directly handle all of your customer’s transactions. This is all supported through a comprehensive compliance framework including ISO 27001 and PCI-DSS certifications.

Step 5

The final step is the reporting of essential data which matters to you and your business. We provide regular reports keeping you up to date on all activities we manage, from customer interactions and the number of payments reconciled to detailed insights into the customer self-serve journey.
